Shipping

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Shipping and handling charges will be calculated at the time of shipment and will be charged accordingly. 

Returns

Our return policy is quite simple. Rare Earth Gallery will not offer cash refunds, but we will issue you a store credit for your replacement purchase, and we are more than happy to exchange it for something that may be better suited for you.

It is important that you contact us immediately regarding your exchange. You must return your purchase within 30 days of your receipt of the item(s). Buyer is responsible for the return shipping charges and insurance for the value of the purchase price. Item must be returned undamaged and packaged to the same degree as it was packed when you purchase arrived.

Shipping Insurance

If your Item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. It will also be necessary for you to contact the shipping company to register your damaged merchandise. DOA (Damage on Arrival) items must be reported within 1 business day from the delivery date, no exceptions. We also require a full pictorial of the packaging and the damage to the item.

All returned Items must be sent back in original packaging. If the packaging is too damaged for a return shipment, then you must take detailed pictures of the damaged shipping materials for insurance purposes and submit with your packing slip. We appreciate your cooperation.

All shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit. Each product goes through inspection for quality control before sending.
