You have 30 days from when you got your item to send it back. You pay for the shipping to return it, and it's your job to make sure it's protected. Items have to be in the same condition as when you got it.
If your item arrives broken, please tell us right away. You also need to tell the delivery company about the damage. If something is broken when it gets to you, you have one day to let us know.
We'll need pictures of the packaging and the damage. When you send an item back, it has to be in the original packaging. If the packaging is damaged, take pictures for insurance and send them with your receipt.
