Taking petrified wood from the petrified forest is illegal. Rare Earth Gallery works with miners and private landholders to legally procure all of the petrified wood we sell. Our petrified wood is legal for us to sell and legal for you to buy. 

Every gemstone/geode we sell is naturally mined and unaltered, unless specifically stated otherwise. Feel free to ask us about the origin and color of any product and we will be happy to provide more information before purchase.
