All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Unless we're having a temporary shipping promotion, we offer free shipping on purchases of $250 and above. Heavy art pieces and fountains are subject to additional crating (if applicable) and shipping fees. One of our team members will estimate and communicate to you the cost of crating and shipping these bulky items before shipment. On large art items and fountains, please feel free to call us at (480) 575-4360 for a shipping estimate before processing your payment online.

We don't give cash refunds, but offer store credit in the amount of purchase for another item within 30 days of original purchase. You will be responsible for properly packing, insuring and and shipping the product back to us. Items must be in original condition to receive store credit.  

All shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit. Each product goes through inspection for quality control before sending. We encourage you to inspect your package immediately upon receipt. Should you receive an item you believe to be damaged, please follow the instructions below.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at (480) 575-4360. It will also be necessary for you to contact the shipping company to register your damaged merchandise. Damage on Arrival (DOA) items must be reported within 1 business day from the delivery date, no exceptions. We also require photos of the packaging and the damage to the item.

All returned items must be sent back in original shipping packaging. If the shipping packaging is too damaged to return, then you must take pictures of the damaged shipping materials for insurance purposes and submit with your packing slip. We appreciate your cooperation.
