Rare Earth Gallery warrants that all jewelry will be free from manufacturing defects for its lifetime. If you believe an item has a manufacturing defect, you can return it to us for inspection. If we find a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the item. If the item is no longer available, we will provide a similar item or store credit for the purchase price. If the damage is not due to a manufacturing defect, we will inform you of any repair costs. Please note that slight irregularities and variations in craftsmanship, as well as natural characteristics in colored gemstones make each item unique. These features are part of the item's character and are not considered defects.

Conditions & Exclusions
- The Warranty and Complimentary Services apply only to the original purchaser or direct recipient.
- No piece of jewelry — especially a ring — is immune to normal wear, activity, or trauma. We don't cover damage from normal wear, product loss, stone loss (with a single exception listed below), or theft.
- Service performed by anyone other than Rare Earth Gallery voids the warranty.
- Shipping costs for exchanges are not covered.
- Damage caused by neglecting necessary repairs or maintenance is not covered.
- Elastic beaded bracelets and solid gemstone band rings are excluded from this warranty.
Stone Loss (Within 72 Hours of Receipt)
A stone that falls out within 72 hours of receipt is treated as a manufacturing defect.
- If you still have the stone: you're eligible for a free repair, covered under this warranty.
- If you no longer have the stone: you're eligible for store credit instead.
Coverage does not apply if our inspection finds evidence that the loss was due to negligence, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions.
Common Jewelry Issues NOT Considered Manufacturing Defects
- Discoloration due to exposure to chemicals, make-up, swimming pools, hot tubs or bathing.
- Prongs and precious metals generally wear over time and may require "building up" or restoration work as part of normal wear.
- Bent, caught or worn-out prongs allowing a stone to fall out or be lost due to normal wear or other damage.
- Lost stones or a stone that has fallen out due to chipping or breaking caused by normal wear or other damage.
