Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Crated orders may take up to 10 business days to prepare.

Domestic Shipping & Rates

We offer FREE standard shipping on orders over $100 (excluding oversized or heavy items). For orders under $100 that weigh more than 10 lbs, shipping and handling charges will be calculated at the time of shipment and billed separately. You’ll be notified of any additional fees prior to billing. Customer is responsible for correct shipping address and accessibility. We are not liable for delays due to carriers, weather, customs or strikes.

Heavy, Large, Or Crated Items

Items such as large crystal decor pieces, sculptures, and fountains may require custom crating and specialized shipping. Crating takes up to 10 business days, and our team will contact you with a quote before finalizing your shipment. For an estimate in advance, call us at (480) 575-4360

Pick Up At Our Gallery In Cave Creek AZ

At checkout, you can select the option to "Pick Up At The Gallery." Most items are ready within 3–4 hours, but timing may vary depending on the piece. Please call ahead at (480) 575-4360 to confirm readiness. The Gallery is located at 6401 E Cave Creek Rd, Cave Creek, AZ 85331. Store hours are 9:30am – 5:00pm. Click here for driving directions.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. For security reasons, orders over $1,000 require a signature upon delivery. Refusal of signature or delivery will result in storage or redelivery fees at the customer’s expense. For any concerns, contact info@rareearthgallerycc.com.

Shipping Insurance

All shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit. Every item is inspected for quality before shipment. Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

Damage On Arrival

Damage must be reported within 1 business day of delivery. Follow these steps:

  1. Call (480) 575-4360 immediately.

  2. Contact the shipping carrier to report the damage.

  3. Email us photos of the damaged product and packaging at info@rareearthgallerycc.com.

Items must be returned in original packaging. If the box is destroyed, include photos of the damaged packaging with your return claim for insurance processing. We assist with insurance claims but do not issue refunds or replacements directly for shipping damage. Claims are processed through the carrier or insurer.

Shipping Fees Are Non-Refundable

All shipping and handling fees, including those associated with returned or refused shipments, are non-refundable.
