Coverage
Our lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover normal wear, lost stones, or theft. Elastic beaded bracelets and solid gemstone band rings are excluded. Full details are on our Jewelry Warranty page.
What Happens Next
Exchanges may take up to 14 business days. Manufacturer repairs, especially for one-of-a-kind pieces, can take up to 6 months. Great jewelry deserves to be repaired right, not rushed. After you submit, our warranty team will respond by email from warranty@rareearthgallerycc.com.
