White Zebra Onyx is a banded Mexican onyx, its stripes laid down one layer at a time by mineral-rich spring water, with the dark bands marking pulses of manganese. Water brings it to life! As it washes over the face the white turns luminous, the grays deepen to slate and the rust patches glow, and with a light behind it at night the pale layers turn translucent. Because every onyx forms differently, this pattern can never be repeated.
