Please fill out the form below and include clear, well-lit photos of the following:
- The full piece
- Close-up(s) of all damage
- All six sides of the outer carton/box
- The shipping label
- The interior packing material as found
- The inside of the empty carton/box
- Any other photos you think would be relevant
The more detail you share, the better equipped we are to help in a timely fashion.
IMPORTANT: If you are submitting a damaged shipping item, you are REQUIRED to keep the original packaging for review.
After submitting your claim, you will hear from a member of our customer service team within 48 hours.
