Terms of service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern all purchases made through Rare Earth Gallery, both in-store and online. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

Sales Policy

• All sales are final. No refunds are offered. Exchanges for store credit are permitted within 30 days on eligible items. Custom orders are non-cancelable and non-returnable once approved.
• All promotional offers are time-sensitive. We do not offer price adjustments or retroactive discounts on past purchases.

FREE Shipping Policy

We offer FREE standard shipping on orders over $100 (excluding oversized or heavy items). For orders under $100 that weigh more than 10 lbs, shipping and handling charges will be calculated at the time of shipment and billed separately. You’ll be notified of any additional fees prior to billing. Customer is responsible for correct shipping address and accessibility. We are not liable for delays due to carriers, weather, customs or strikes.

Layaway

• Items placed on layaway must be paid in full within 90 days.
• Unclaimed or unpaid items after 90 days will be restocked, and payments forfeited up to a 20% restocking fee. Remaining balances will be credited to the client's account.
  The item remains the property of Rare Earth Gallery until fully paid.

Credit Card Authorization

By providing your card details, you authorize Rare Earth Gallery to charge your card for any agreed-upon purchase, including shipping and applicable fees. You confirm that you are the rightful cardholder.

• Canceled orders are subject to a 20% cancellation/restocking fee.

Custom Orders

• Must be paid in full before production begins.
• Cannot be changed or canceled once final approval has been received.
• Custom orders may only be exchanged for store credit (with a 20% restocking fee), subject to approval.

Jewelry Warranty

Rare Earth Gallery provides a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects on all jewelry purchases.

What’s Covered:

• Defects in workmanship or materials.
• If your item qualifies, we will repair, replace, or issue store credit.

What’s Not Covered:

• Normal wear and tear, stone loss, theft, or damage from third-party repair.
• Discoloration from chemicals or water exposure.
• Prong wear, bent settings, or chipped stones.

Exclusions:

• Solid gemstone bands and elastic beaded bracelets are not covered.
• Warranty applies only to the original purchaser or recipient.

Complimentary Services

We offer free cleaning and inspection of Rare Earth Gallery jewelry. Customers are responsible for round-trip shipping costs.

Modifications and Pricing

Rare Earth Gallery reserves the right to modify pricing, product descriptions, or terms at any time without notice.
