Where do your products come from?

We ethically mine and source products from all over the world—from Arizona to Asia, from Russia to South Africa. We offer a diverse collection of natural and native crystals and minerals for all to enjoy. See our blog posts for more information on crystals, minerals and fossils.

Which items are native to Arizona?

We offer many items that are native to Arizona, including: copper, malachite, chrysocolla, cuprite, turquoise, petrified wood, apache tears (obsidian) and desert rose. 

Is your Arizona Petrified Wood legal?

Taking petrified wood from the petrified forest is illegal. Rare Earth Gallery works with miners and private landholders to legally procure all of the petrified wood we sell. Our petrified wood is legal for us to sell and for you to buy.

Are Your Gemstone Colors Natural? Are Your Crystals Real?

Every gemstone, crystal or mineral we sell is naturally mined and unaltered, unless specifically stated otherwise. Feel free to ask us about the origin and color of any product and we will be happy to provide more information before purchase.

Do You Sell Conflict Minerals?

No. Congress passed the Dodd-Frank Act in 2010, which deters the extreme violence and human rights violations in the Democratic Republic of Congo and adjoining countries funded by the exploitation and trade of certain minerals.

What is the price range of your products?

We offer nearly every variety of gemstone, crystal and mineral at different price points. Pricing on any gemstone stone depends on the quality, rarity, inclusions color, cut, etc. For small gifts, we carry a range of tumbled stones, beaded bracelets, even some crystal carvings for less than $20 dollars. The quality of our stones are second to none, each hand-picked for its beauty and uniqueness.

Do crystals cure or treat illness or disease?

All information regarding crystal healing should be used as a supplement to professional medical treatment. Do not use crystal healing as a substitute for qualified medical care.

Shipping & Installation

Where do you ship from?

We ship all orders from our gallery in Cave Creek, AZ, USA.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Allow up to 5 days for us to properly pack and ship your order. Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days within the U.S.

Do you ship internationally?

We routinely ship to the United States, but yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that shipping ouside the U.S. is more costly because our products must be heavily packed and insured to confirm they will arrive safely. To enquire about shipping to a non-US, destination, please contact us before ordering for details.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

In the unlikely event your product arrives damaged, contact us immediately at (480) 575-4360. Do not throw away any of the broken contents or packaging. Contact the shipping company to register your damaged delivery, then take and send pictures of the order and its shipping packaging to info@rareearthgallerycc.com.

Do you install?

Yes, we do white-glove installations throughout the state of Arizona of our award-winning crystal decor, landscape decor and outdoor fountains.

Returns & Exchanges

How do I return a product?

While all sales are final, we’re happy to offer an exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase. Just make sure the item is unused, undamaged in original packaging, and you cover return shipping and insurance.
