Brecciated Jasper is a form of jasper (opaque rock composed of sediments & ash) classified by its fracture-like texture. The stone can form in many colors & regions depending on mineral content. Forming in an original area of consolidated jasper disturbed later by an earthly event causing the fracturing, then a flow of quartz silica and other minerals fill in and heal the spaces created. Energetically, brecciated jasper may bring mental clarity and focus to a previously scattered event, experience, or in your environment. Stimulates the base and sacral chakras, detoxifying and calming guilt or shame.
